LUKRUM Tech
IT services, coding, website design, and custom software development. Its service offering and operating setup are being defined.
Lukrum Inc. is a founder-led holding company based in Nashville, Tennessee. We are building a foundation for operating businesses, future subsidiaries, and assets across technology, real estate, and financial investments.
Our ambition is to develop, own, and oversee a collection of businesses and assets under Lukrum. The parent company sets the direction, considers where to commit resources, and takes a long-term view of the portfolio.
That work begins with DentriRev and Orbuis, our software projects in development. Gabriel also personally owns Reject Compound, a streetwear, apparel, and accessories brand in launch preparation that he plans to bring into Lukrum. Its ownership transfer and integration have not been completed. LUKRUM Tech, real estate, and stock investments remain planned areas of expansion.
Lukrum is the parent company around which the broader group is being built. Individual ventures may become separately organized subsidiaries as their operations and legal structures develop.
The portfolio follows each venture’s current stage, with planned areas shown separately. Subsidiary structures and confirmed holdings will be documented as they develop.
Our intended approach pairs hands-on business development with careful decisions about ownership, resources, and risk.
Our ambition is to build a holding company with interests across operating businesses, real estate, and investments made with company capital.

A planned area for property ownership and related opportunities, with acquisitions evaluated as the company develops.
A planned portfolio of stock investments made with company capital, subject to an appropriate investment policy and legal structure.
These are planned areas, not operating subsidiaries or acquired assets. Timing, structure, and scope may change as Lukrum develops.
Gabriel Johnson leads Lukrum’s company direction and current development work. His ambition is to grow Lukrum from its initial software portfolio into a broader holding company with operating businesses and assets.
