Are contributions refundable?
Voluntary contributions are generally final. Refunds or reversals may still be required by law, the payment provider, or payment-network rules, including cases involving unauthorized or erroneous payments. Contact hello@lukrum.io about a payment concern. A contribution does not promise a product, financial return, or completion date.
Will money arrive instantly?
Payment acceptance and bank settlement are separate steps. Processing, verification, bank cutoffs, provider fees, and possible holds affect when funds become available. Automatic payouts, when configured with a payment provider, would follow that provider’s schedule.
