Information you provide
When you contact Lukrum, we collect the name, email address, topic, and message you submit. If you request portal access, we also collect your organization, reason for requesting access, and the status of your request. The portal stores messages exchanged with Lukrum.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, verify sign-ins, review access requests, operate the portal, and communicate about the company. Requesting access does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.
Service providers and storage
The website is hosted by Vercel. Neon provides database and authentication services. These providers process information needed to deliver their services, such as network and request information. Authentication emails may be delivered by Neon’s email provider.
Contribution payments
If you choose to contribute, you leave this website for Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe collects the contact and payment information needed to process your payment, and Lukrum receives transaction information to manage the contribution and respond to payment questions. Enter payment details only on Stripe’s checkout; this website’s inquiry forms do not collect card details. See Stripe’s privacy policy for how Stripe handles your information.
Cookies and security
Essential cookies keep you signed in and support authentication. Your light or dark appearance choice is saved locally in your browser so it can be remembered between visits. Temporary session storage prevents the welcome animation from repeating while you browse. This website does not include advertising trackers or nonessential analytics. We apply access controls to private portal content and record administrative changes. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your choices
Information is retained as needed to operate the service, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations. You may ask to correct or delete your information, close your portal account, or discuss a privacy concern by emailing hello@lukrum.io. Requests may be subject to identity verification and applicable retention requirements.
Private materials
Approved members can access materials that Lukrum chooses to share. Access may be withdrawn. Please do not submit sensitive personal, medical, or financial account information through general inquiry or portal messaging forms.
